Over the years, the work of courts appeared on various issues regarding the conduct of procedure matters. This raised the idea of creating a internal procedures file that will put together the main rules relating to conduct of courts.
This is the first file which does not include the full chapters relating to the complex work of courts. We hope that the crystallization of this procedure will lead to determination of complementary procedures, particularly those relating to work with tangential factors.
